Product Show Exhibitor Guide
Thank you again for being a part of our 2025 CSI North Central Region Product Show, scheduled for Friday, March 28, 2025 from 11:30 PM - 3:30 PM. Below is a comprehensive guide for exhibitors to help before, during, and after the event.
Before the Show

Secure Your Booth: Click here to secure your 10’ x 10’ booth # with an 8' table if you haven’t done so already.

Register For The Conference: Your purchase of a booth includes up to 2 staff to attend the Product Show (includes lunch) only. There are a number of valuable educational and networking opportunities for product reps on Thursday and Friday AM - See Full Conference Schedule.

To attend these educational and networking opportunities you and or your colleagues need to purchase a conference ticket - Purchase Full Conference Ticket Here.

Not attending the conference and just attending product show please register up to 2 attendees here and use the “Registration Information” Form lower on the page.

Marketing and Promotion
-
Upload Your Company Logo - If you have not already done so, please upload your company logo here and use the "Upload Marketing Logo" Form lower on the page to execute the upload. We will use your logo to promote your booth on the 2025 NCR Product Show Page and for printed signage at the Product Show.

Pre-Show Outreach: Inform existing and potential clients about your participation through email campaigns and social media. Email Brad Schwab at bschwab@schwabgroup.net for helpful email copy and social media copy/graphics.

Join the Group Giveaway Moment: Giveaways are an excellent way to attract booth visitors, engage with potential clients, and gather valuable leads for follow-ups. Though not required, we encourage you to join in on the fun! The more exhibitors who participate, the more exciting and engaging this moment will be for attendees. Here is how it works:

You bring a giveaway item of your choice and promote it at your booth

We give you a bag to gather business cards in at your booth

At 3:00 PM, all exhibitors participating in giveaways will gather at the front of the room.Each exhibitor who participated will draw a winner from their collected entries and announce them to the audience.

Shipping: You are allowed to ship packages to and from the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District.

Please address all boxes to the attention of the 2025 CSI NCR Conference Event Manager at the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District.

Shipping materials will be accepted 48 hours prior to the arrival date of all groups.

Pallets are subject to a $100 per item handling fee and will be charged $10 per day storage if the pallet arrives outside of the 48 hour window.

Booth Setup

All Booth’s must be set up on Friday March 28, 2025 by 11:15 AM.

Booth’s #1-#13 Set Up Time: If your Booth number is 1 thru 13 you can set up your booth anytime Friday 3/28 starting at 7 AM.

Booth’s #14-#22 Set Up Time: If your Booth number is 14 thru 22 your set up time is Friday 3/28 at 10 am.

Booth’s #23-#44 Set Up Time: If your Booth number is 23 thru 44 you can set up your booth anytime Friday 3/28 starting at 7 AM.

Booth’s #45-#52 Set Up Time: If your Booth number is 45 thru 52 your set up time is Friday 3/28 at 10 am.

Booth’s #53-#68 Set Up Time: If your Booth number is 53 thru 68 you can set up your booth anytime Friday 3/28 starting at 7 AM.

Group Giveaway

Collect Business Cards: Those who brought a giveaway to promote will collect business cards in their provided bag until 3 pm.

3 PM Giveaway Time: At 3:00 PM, all exhibitors participating in giveaways will gather at the front of the room.Each exhibitor who participated will draw a winner from their collected entries and announce them to the audience.

After the Show

Logistics and Planning
-
Shipping: You are allowed to ship packages to and from the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District. When shipping Packages out of the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District, the shipper/guest is responsible for preparing the package with the shipping label and scheduling package pickup upon departure. Here are you shipping out Instructions:

Package(s) must be taped up with a shipping label secured.

Clients must schedule for pick up with the appropriate shipping service.

Clients must complete “Omaha Marriott Downtown Shipping Out Form”(This form will be given to exhibitors by a Omaha Marriott Downtown Team Member.)

Tape “Omaha Marriott Downtown Shipping Out Form” to the package. (You only need to tape it on one package.)
-
Leave package(s) by your exhibit table in the Capitol Ballroom.

Omaha Marriott Downtown Team Member will take the package(s) to the loading dock
