The North Dakota Red River Valley Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) was formed in 1963. Our mission is to advance the greater North Dakota Red River Valley area design and construction community’s knowledge of building information management, construction technology, and project delivery methods to improve facility performance.
