CHAPTER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE & TRAINING PROGRAM
The CSI North Central Region is committed to strengthening chapters by investing in current and emerging leaders.
As part of this commitment, the Region offers a Chapter Leadership Development Incentive for chapters that send a leader to participate in the President-Elect Training held during the CSI North Central Region Annual Conference.
Why This Program Exists
Strong chapters start with prepared leaders.
This program is designed to:

Support leadership development at the chapter level

Reduce financial barriers to conference participation

Build a stronger pipeline of informed, connected chapter leaders across the Region
Program Overview

Each participating chapter may send one (1) leader to attend:

The CSI North Central Region Annual Conference

The President-Elect Training session
-

Upon confirmed attendance, the Region will provide a $300 incentive to the chapter to help offset conference-related expenses such as registration, lodging, or travel.
Space in the President-Elect Training is limited to one leader per chapter.
Who Should Attend

Chapter Presidents-Elect
-
Incoming or current chapter officers
-
Emerging leaders identified by the chapter
If a chapter President-Elect cannot attend, another designated chapter leader may attend.
Incentive Details

$300 per chapter

Paid directly to the chapter (not the individual)

One incentive per chapter per conference year

No receipts required
-
Funds may be used at the chapter’s discretion
How It Works

Chapter registers one leader for the Annual Conference

Leader attends the President-Elect Training session

NCR confirms attendance
-
NCR issues a $300 payment to the chapter
