Brad Schwab is the Principal of Schwab Group LLC, an independent manufacturers' representative firm based in Aurora, IL. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Brad specializes in building envelope products, working closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to provide innovative solutions.
Before transitioning to the construction field, Brad spent 17 years as an Advertising Executive in Chicago, where he developed and executed business-to-business marketing and advertising strategies. His unique blend of marketing expertise and technical knowledge allows him to effectively bridge the gap between product manufacturers and industry professionals.
Brad is an active leader in the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), serving on the board of the CSI North Central Region and the CSI Chicago Chapter. He is also a former board member of the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA), further demonstrating his commitment to industry advancement.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Passionate about education and collaboration, Brad is dedicated to helping industry professionals navigate the evolving landscape of building materials and construction best practices.
